Viticulture

In addition to Estate Grown varietals, we produce high quality wines using grapes grown on neighboring farms, as well as grapes sourced from neighboring Santa Barbara county. We select only the highest quality grapes, grown on sustainably farmed vineyards, managed by growers who allow us to maintain careful control of the farming practices and techniques. We regularly visit the vineyards during the growing season to ensure that the highest quality standards are met, and carefully taste and measure for ripeness to determine optimal picking dates.
