$250 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee due upon booking, upon which an event contract will be sent and countersigned.
Beverage minimum quoted dependent upon group size (plus tax & 20% gratuity).
If minimum is not met at your event, we welcome you to choose wines to take home.
Includes metal patio tables, chairs, lounge sets (couches, club chairs & coffee tables) and four (4) large umbrellas.

Non-alcoholic beverage welcome, but outside alcohol strictly prohibited.
Event Décor welcome, but no Confetti or Sparklers Allowed
Access to property for decorating provided at 12pm but no sooner.
Self service beverage station set up by Topa Mountain Winery.
Host is responsible for full clean up of event.
Confirmed guest count & beverage selections are due one (1) week prior to event date.
